I went to Tourneau to see the watch, as Macy’s didn’t have it in stock. I like the blue better than pink, which can look more salmon colored with different light/angles. The the blue mother of pearl varies from light blue to grey and is lightly textured, so you catch some rainbows. The one in the store had a very smooth face. The perfectly sized watch definitely was not as shiny and “bling-y” under normal light as in the stores (one of my initial worries). I had the band adjusted at local small Tag dealer for $10, he just asked if it was a Xmas gift, maybe he knows I bought it online/Amazon?
One thing a little off, the second hand doesn’t quite line up. The date and Tag brand logo (in thin black) are a little small, but so far I love it for $880 (vs $1500, I decided it was worth the risk since no one wrote anything truly negative in the discussion boards). I hope to remember to update to say the watch is still going great.
Took it swimming today (day2) and loving it!

I bought this watch as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. She loves it! She kayaks, fishes, hikes and camps and this watch has kept up with her. I recommend anyone who would like a nice functional watch to buy it.

After coveting this watch for over a year, I was very happy to find it at such a good price on Amazon. It was $500-$600 more in stores, with the same warranty. I wear it swimming and scuba diving, yet it also dresses up any outfit. It has a lower and slimmer profile than other dive watches I’ve owned, very feminine. I also like the contrast of the brushed and shiny silver surfaces: this and the blue mother of pearl face give it a textured look that is understated and elegant. It’s very worth it to spend the money on something of quality that you wear every day.

This is a great watch. I purchased it for my wife a couple of months ago, and she absolutely loves it. It goes nicely with anything. The coolest thing about the watch is that while it is a very nice piece, it isn’t overly showy. . . no “Look at me! I am super expensive!”

I debated on whether to purchase this watch for several months and finally bought it about a year ago. It was an amazing price on Amazon and had the same warranty. I love this watch and I’m certain that you will, too!
