I received this watch as a gift and it was great for about a year. However, when the time came to change the battery it was impossible to get the back onto the watch again. I have taken it to a Kenneth Cole dealer (Macys), to a jewelry store and even to a watch repair shop; no one can get the back of the watch back on.
An internet search revealed that I am not the only one with this problem. All suggested solutions (some quite severe) have availed nothing… disappointed … I really liked this watch.
