This Invicta 6055 watch is an amazing value. Its solid, has an accurate movement and fairly classically styled. The style draws inspiration from Omega Seamaster and Rolex Submariner but is really its own. The watch is massive and heavy. If you have a small wrist, skip it.
There are a few shortcomings in this watch that I’m happy to forgive given the low price.
- Non screw-down crown; a diver watch w/o that isn’t really a divers watch. Should be good for taking a shower but not for dives.
- Non-hacking movement
- No manual-winding support
The fit & finish is amazing at this price point, but not up to Swiss watch standards. All in all, a good watch at a bargain price!

My friend ordered this watch, but I accidentally got the #6054 (same, but blue) and I ordered this one shortly after since the blue one was so nice. They have a very smooth movement and work quite well. I have 5 other Invicta watches, and have given out 3 more and the Japanese movement on this automatic is quite impressive (I have both Swiss and Japanese on the others). The build quality is excellent as usual, and I love the finish of the stainless steel. The green is lighter in the picture than it is in person, but it’s a nice green.
