I normally dont write any reviews but yes i thought the way i was fooled by their lucrative offer others shouldnt not be cheated.
They will send you a watch which is not functional and when you ask for replacement will deny it saying once box is open it cannot be replaced and now you need to contact fossils for any further issues.
I suppose any item which is shipped defective, its the retailer responsibility to replace it…in my case it was not so… I think i will consider 100$ i spent on this watch as a charity towards MR WATCH But others please dont get carrried away by their offer. They will ship a defective watche and then deny replacing it

I have several Fossil automatic watches and am impressed with the overall quality of all of them. This one in particular is very good looking and very readable.
Unfortunately, Fossil offers few details to the watch collector such as country of origin and movement specifications. The movement in this model is visible and appears to be of decent quality for a mechanical watch at this relatively inexpensive price point. It is slightly decorated with blued screws. The case is of very high quality as is the integrated rubber band. Like all of the other Fossils automatics I have, this watch has a back held on tightly with four tiny screws. It may also screw into the case, but its difficult to say. The crown does not screw down, but Fossil claims 100 meter water resistance nonetheless. I haven’t tested the water resistance but the robust construction seems to be consistent with this claim.
Accuracy is fairly reasonable at about 15 seconds fast per day, far better than the unacceptable 2 minutes fast reported by another reviewer. For a watch in this price class, anything within plus or minus 20 seconds per day is quite respectable for a mechanical watch. Another Fossil I have was running quite fast (though not two minutes per day) and a Fossil store replaced it with no questions asked. These watches are warranted for 11 years which is an outstanding guarantee.
The face is very attractive with a very readable dial. The hands are moderately luminescent. A small seconds hand is inset at the 6 o’clock position with a blue hand – a nice touch.
Overall, this watch is a great value with robust construction and a unique sporting look.

This is a large, good looking sport watch, I love the concept of the automatic movement and the window on the back of the case allows you to see the workings of the movement.
Unfortunately, my watch has two problems, the first being that it runs about two minutes fast per day, the second being, despite the “100 meter” water resistance rating condensation has appeared on the back of the crystal, this watch has never been in water but I do wear it while commuting to work on my bicycle. This is also the first watch I’ve seen claiming 100 meter water resistance which doesn’t feature a screw down case back.
so, if you want a cool looking, large automatic watch for cheep, but don’t need a water resistant watch or a watch that keeps accurate time, this watch is for you!

I don’t get it. This watch has started to need manual windings in the morning. I wear it all day. I’m active. There was a time when I slept with the watch on but 4 months into owning the thing, I don’t feel the need to wear it all the time. Now in the morning its dead. I have had other Fossil watches break on me but that’s only after long & intensive wear. Think worn paint and shattered faces. This is 4 months into ownership. no bueno

This is a large sporty watch with a feel of quality. It is my second Fossil automatic watch- I have had the first for more than a year and it keeps great time. The stainless steel casing and the nylon strap on this model feel like they are built to last. I have been wearing the watch for a week now and have not had to set the time- so it must be running pretty accurate. I have worn it while swimming and have had no condensation or other issues. The movement is made in japan. This watch is far far better in quality and reliability than many chinese-made french sounding automatic watches that are sold on this website. For the quality and value I have rated it 5 stars
